I'd like to compare incidences of snowstorms in an area between two months or locations. The 'conditions' graph would work for this, except that if I set it to January it disappears.

See http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=weather+owego+ny

What I'd really like to compare is how many snowstorms happen in past Januaries (on average) vs. past Februaries or Marches.

I wanted to compare data over the last 10-30 years to see what is the latest date, of each year, that freezing temperatures occurred.
