DNA sequence analysis

It would be great to be able to use WA for DNA sequence analysis. In particular, the capability to map large numbers of individual sequences in batch to human chromosomal locations--displaying the data as an interactive graphic histogram.

You can use BLAT @ UCCS genome browser (http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgBlat)

If I remember correctly, PSI BLAST from NCBI can be helpful for you.
